healthy life and diet

Hey,im back...promised to update more since i wan to be an efficient blogger..LOL..back to Uni today,tomorrow start scl and time flies,one week holiday habis,have to work hard for final and also for future=) who dont wish their future are bright?

Wait,in order to make sure your future are bright,you sure always keep yourself in a healthy condition...healthy as in mind and body...everyone must have healthy life,when you have healthy life then you only can fight..for me,i dont think i have a healthy life because i always on diet mood..i promised myself to lose 6kg in half year or 3 months..hopefully i can make it..i sort of overweight i think?

But the problem is people around me said im thin,why i dont think im thin?==well,i saw a quote on fb,thin people always think they are fat..is it true?lol..btw,still have to slim down la,as i always like to be tiny tiny type..
 so,am i thin?

I know i know,diet always hard....but you have to know diet also must use the correct way,if not you will get into troubles..i try diet with some exaggeration methods,i reduce 3 kg within 14 days..see how it works,but after slim down i eat back and gain weight again,wtf..this is so not me,im 43 kg before now,i think i really cant accept my weight..have to slim down!!let show you how i slim down 3 kg within 14 days
a cup of oat
oat biscuit
cherry tomotoes
i having it for dinner,normally lunch is fruit with milk then i jog every evening...gosh,i can slim down in a fast speed..but gain back again..
so now,to encourage all have a healthy life and also healthy diet plan..i decide to eat sweet potato by steam it..you know right,sweet potato is a kind of carbohydrate with less calories and sugar,it fix out appetite too,easy lose weight some more because after you having it,it will clean all the dirty dirty things from our body,you will feel fresh and light after that..

here is my breakfast..whole grain bread and a packet of nesvita 
whole grain bread not easy to get fat since it already said it is whole grain,i know right,not everyone like it because it is hard to eat,but i ate it a slice with a cup of nesvita oat..during lunch i ate a slice again with milk and fruits,i guess im healthy now...LOL...i just want to slim down faster...back to 43kg and maintain it slowly..
say no to dessert for temporary,no more!
